hey, I have the same problem. I either am constipated or have diahrea. Im hot all the time. My body feels like a heating pad and I have been questioning my adrenal gland because my hyperthyroidism is under control with meds yet I still have all these crazy symptoms. No one cares, no one will listen. No one will help. Do you have adrenal fatigue or adrenal cancer?
