Squamous Cell Carsinoma

I am writing this on behalf of my husband. My husband was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma, back in 2008. A lump was found in neck on right side. Had a PET Scan done. Right Neck Lymph node was positive for Metastatic poorly differentiated Squamous Cell Carcinoma with Necrosis
Area of Lymph Node involvement 4 CM
Right Neck, Lymph Node Dissection
Level 2 one of three Lymph Nodes positive for Metastatic Squamous Cell Carcinoma
