My mother was diagnosed w/ Stage 4 uterine cancer almost 6 years ago at age 75. She had surgery, chemo & did very well during treatment. She has been cancer free for 5 1/2 years however we just found out her cancer has returned at age 80. Its a small tumor (only one) but it's in her liver. She is very strong, the doctors are not doing surgery or radiation but are doing 6 rounds of chemo to see how the tumor reacts.

I'd love to hear stories from other survivors of metastasized cancer. We are trying to stay very positive
