Esophageal Cancer

My sig other was diagnosed with Esphageal cancer in May of 2008. He went through Chemo Radiaton and the surgery. The surgery went well but he did have a unpredicted problem with his lungs.He was in the hospital for two weeks.
He did use the feeding tube up until a few weeks before surgery. The only problem he is having now is that he had to get his esophagus stretched. They do this with a balloon and endoscopy. The doctors were unable to say how often this procedure has to be done. Ever...Read the full article
